At the meeting, Dean Zhang introduced the history of the College of Foreign Languages, the construction of disciplines, the scale of faculty, the situation of students, and the construction of the Multilingual Service Center in the new area of Lingang. As an organization focusing on typhoon research, Shanghai Asia-Pacific Typhoon Research Center (SATRC) hopes to cooperate with the School of Foreign Languages in the integration of industry and education, provide internship and practice bases for students, and jointly promote the integration of students' theory and practice.
